Very friendly employees and warehouse is amazing and clean. Employees that pack and unpack are very good at what they do. They take extra time to listen and make sure your experience is a memory you won't forget. Warehouse staff is always helpful and ready to help.
Everyone I've dealt with has been fair, respectful, and professional. The duo that delivered my household goods arriving from VA into temporary living space in FL was great. JD and Ron teamed efficiently and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The delivery went quickly and smoothly and nothing was damaged. Jaclyn coordinated all moving details. She was prompt and thorough. Again, she went out of her way to accommodate me by attempting to pull items from long term storage for delivery with the items from VA. Though not possible, she informed me immediately and delivered as promised. Jamie and Steven, the crew who delivered the longer term storage items was just as efficient, professional, and friendly. Again, nothing was damaged.
They lie, cheat, and steal. Starts with empty promises by the sales team. They also avoid putting any specific instructions or requests in wtiting so they can fall back on it. They lying continues with the movers who damage goods, admit to your face they damage the goods, and again avoid putting anything in writing even if asked to do so. They cheating continues by the claims department who act like they are working on finding a repair service to fix your goods for 2 months, but instead launch internal investigations to find reason to deny your claims. They steal from you and other respectable companies by claiming great service, and leaving you out in the cold. From the top down they are deplorable people. Stay away from this company.

I put household goods into storage a few years ago at Sorensen on Eau Gallie Blvd before returning to the DC area for work. I liked the fact that they were locally owned and operated and that they had a good reputation. All dealings with them, ranging from billing to delivery of goods in motion as well as goods in storage, have been exceptional.
I watched as they broke off part of my counter top while moving my bed. When confronted about it, they said "it was already like that". When I said I saw it, they said I should call the apartment complex because they are responsible. Arrogant liars! DO NOT USE!
