Arrangements were made. Delivery on time and where we wanted the pod to be placed. Convenience for packing on my time. Pick up and delivery on time to a convenient location for me. Pleasant people to deal with. A very satisfying experience.
I sold 2 houses and moved 5 times in a year and a half and can't even remember how many times I used PODS to move and store during that world wind process!!!! (maybe 10???) So much easier to load and unload vs a u-haul type truck! Each time, PODS was wonderful! The drivers are phenomenal! They provide you an estimated time and call about 30-60 min prior to arriving! One of my most hectic moves, I was running behind schedule and when they called to say they'd be there in 30 minutes or so, I asked them if they could give me 1-2 hours and they did! So accommodating! I highly recommend and would use again!!!
