Five star experience the first time, 1 star the second. Second time I was forgotten and not able to move on the date requested.
I was very pleased with this moving company. I had some antique furniture that I was very worried about moving but when I saw the care they put into each piece of furniture, wrapping it with protective wrap and blankets, I knew it would get there safely. The movers were so impressive, moving sofas, dressers, etc. UPSTAIRS and in tight quarters. They worked very hard and efficiently. There was one curio cabinet that a glass pane fell and broke. It would have fallen if ANYONE had tried to lift it. Anthony came to me to address the situation. He said the company has already started procedures to order a replacement. That honesty will make me recommend them even more to other people. I would like to give a shout out to Anthony, Clinton and Craig for doing such an amazing job.
Fantastic movers. Fair estimate, went quicker than expected and final bill was adjusted accordingly. Very friendly, they wrapped everything. Went with them based on a very well deserved recommendation. They'll be getting recommendations from me as well. Wish I would have known about them years ago, we could have avoided such a terrible experience with All My Son's.
Jim and Sam went above and beyond to help me move last weekend! They made sure everything was in its place, to my satisfaction, and without a hitch! They hooked up washers, dryers, TVs, and rearranged furniture in this Florida heat tirelessly and, most importantly, with a smile!! Their manners are impeccable--true gentleman! Thank you, it is a pleasure to know that customer service is not a lost art.
Andrew and Greg were very professional, polite, and extremely hard working. They took great care with my items by wrapping them up in plastic, moving blankets, and boxes for my clothes. I was very impressed with the job that they did, even under the time constraints. The hold ups that where out of our control. They were very helpful & kind to me. Which in turn eased my stress tremendously! Andrew and Greg are two great guys & if I ever need to move again, I will be looking up A Mother's Touch & asking for these two gentlemen.
