Very similar to an airlines survey - Was the desk person, flights attends, etc. polite and professional? Yes, but they never ask if the flight sucked, were the bathrooms disgusting? Were you kept in the dark waiting for a delayed flight? Did you need to change gates multiple times?
Their surveys are foolish. They do not ask about pricing, rental of "free" truck, need to buy yet another new lock from them, their mandatory insurance, ease of payment, or any of their policies; they merely check up on their people and the shape of their rental spaces.
For Life Storage - did the lighting work? Even when it did not and was supposed to fixed was it? (no). Could you log into the system? (no) Did we nickel and dime you death? (yes)
Jerry was very helpful. Went above and beyond. Facility is clean and very accessible.
It look like it was written by somebody in corporate that just wants to keep a watch on their people but assumes their business is wonderful.
I have an inside storage unit. It appears nice and clean. I have never had a problem. I have been using them for a year and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful
