I arrived on New Years Eve at 8am. Done in about 40 mins including new patient check-in which took the longest time. They said 15 minute wait which was less then 5 mins and the Dr. Shapiro was in the room within minutes and ready to explain his findings. I was being seen for a sinus and TMJ pain. I chose this place based on reviews, hours and distance.

Absolutely unprofessional....while in a closed door room..can hear staff members making fun of patient... receptionist extremely rude...doctor was informed of the staffs behavior and acknowledged..even gave the patient a " hug " ...which.tells me, she has no doubts they were behaving inappropriately...violates hipa law...by discussing the patients condition in the hallway with each other and mocking and making fun of the patient...patient heard them and that's how she found out her diagnosis...pitiful ! I would never use this establishment ever !
A certain doctor did not want to see me anymore, and I'm 69 diabetic with back problems I always thought a doctor is supposed to help a patient no matter what!
Waited two hours just to see the doctor for two minutes and for nothing.
