Started going for OB care in April. Saw Dr. Kelly and she's been great. Unfortunately, my past 3 visits have left me feeling less and less trusting of the other members of the OB group- today especially. I ended up leaving feeling like my health issues weren't addressed, like what I had to say didn't matter and like I was essentially a inconvience. They would rather throw a bandaid on a health issue instead of actually working out a solution and to just come back in if there's any more issues despite the fact it's been brought to their attention the past 2 visits that my issue is getting worse not better. It has literally made me question if I even want these providers overseeing the rest of my pregnancy and delivery but I'm unsure who to change to in the last stages of my pregnancy.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the gynecology department since I started coming here a year ago. I use to see Cory but she cancelled a few of my appointments last minute and is never available (vacations, family emergencies, etc.) A few instances is understandable, but it got to be too unpredictable. Then I switched to Benezra. Need to schedule an appointment with any of these doctors? Be prepared to call repeatedly for the next half hour. The automated phone system is agonizing and on top of that none of the secretaries answer the phone! You have the option of leaving a voicemail, but they only return my calls half of the time. I'm not sure if they are understaffed, have too many patients, don't care, or all of the above. I called 16 times today before someone was able to assist me. I got an answer one time before that and got put on hold and forgotten about after 10 minutes. I thought my issue was finally taken care of, but I when I got to my pharmacist she said that my prescription was never sent. All of that work and time and I have nothing to show for it. My pill regimen is going to be thrown off now. I will never be returning here and I can already feel myself living more minutes of my life now that I won't have to call here any more. I encourage anyone else that values their time to do the same.

I had a physician for almost 3 years I am diabetic and back problems, het took care of me fine, even addressing my pain from back so one day I went to emergency at hospital because my blood pressure was high so they told me to see my doctor, by the time I got appointment that day when he checked my BPit was ok , he looked at me and Said find another doctor, I can't take care of you anymore. So health first is that the way your patient ethics are defined

This my long winded way of saying that these young people took great care of me not only for the routine procedure but for the situation afterward. Alishia, Bob, Raul, Sue, Stephanie, the blonde young lady who was there in case and the front desk staff that responded so well. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you are reading this and are in a position of authority, take note of these good people. They are a huge asset to your business and our care. Love to you all.

Robert, the phlebotomist who took care of me, was fantastic. Excellent customer service and barely a pinch when he drew blood. Lots of extra touches that made me feel well cared for.

I arrived a little early yesterday at the Gateway facility for a scheduled CT. Check-in was prompt and paperwork was minimal. Within a few minutes a was summoned by a nice young lady by the name of Alishia. She thoroughly explained the procedure and hooked me up for the injection the procedure would require (take the time to learn the guitar Alishia). At this point Alishia turned me over to Bob for the remainder of the scan. Bob was thorough and step by step informed me what was going to happen and the reactions I may experience. The scan went without incident. Once done Bob assisted me getting up and paying attention to my actions and walked me out to the lobby. As I got midway in the lobby I began to feel a pain in my upper chest area. I say down and gave a few seconds for it to pass. It didn't. I went back to the reception desk, explained the situation and the young lady immediately notified Bob who came out to assist me. Bob and Raul (I hope you family in PR is okay) and BP was checked. Bob or Raul make the decision to call in the troops and Sue (very efficient with the EKG hookup) Stephanie (definite concern and kindness) and another young lady that I didn't identify showed up to assess my condition. An EKG was done and I was feeling okay by that time. The EKG said I was fine heart wise (thank you Srephenie.) I was on my feet and walking without pain. Alishia walked me to the front doors (wanted to make sure I got out okay). She called me today to check on how I was doing. I'm doing fine today.
