First, we rented an AWD vehicle and had a reservation for it one month in advance. We get there to find, nope. They did have one they put us in finally, but it was not ready as they had no record of it. After returning the vehicle and looking at the credit card charges, we were charged $26.75 worth of tolls. However, we paid our OWN tolls and were never told about their Plate Pass program, nor did we sign up for it. Now I have to jump through hoops to get that money back. Not worth my time, which they probably know and it is probably a nice little money maker for them. As for me, I will NEVER rent a vehicle from this location, or ANY Hertz location again.
