This place is spectacular! I took my husband out for lunch on his first fathers day celebration and I highly recommend this place! It's got a great atmosphere very yummy food and service was timely and friendly. Daniella was especially great! Definitely will go again and get that mint lemonade!!
I called ahead to let them know i would be arriving with a large party. When we arrived we had 2 extra people and they were still able to accommodate us without a problem. It was an early birthday celebration with my family since I was heading back home to N.Y. the food was amazing and so flavorful and delicious. Our server Juan was amazing as well and dealing with all of our craziness. I would def recommend this place to everyone. In addition the mojitos were amazing and so fresh. I will def be returning the next time I'm there.
I just came back from Afghanistan, and I'm down here in the Melbourne area working until I return. In saying that, I don't know the area well but I love a good meal. After looking for a good Latin restaurant, it wasn't the reviews that drew me but the pictures of the food. Jessica was my waitress and she did an excellent job. I'm very particular when I order but she got my order correct and the food came out in a timely manner. Chef Sam and the rest of the cook staff did an amazing job. The food was perfect. I ordered the "Hemingway rice" and order a piece of salmon on the side. If you love seafood, I highly recommend the seafood dishes here. The atmosphere was very inviting, the restaurant is off the beaten path but that adds to the atmosphere. You get a real home feeling while dining in. For the amount of food and the quality I definitely expected the prices to be higher but the prices are very reasonable and worth it. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend this restaurant to those that love Cuban food.
We enjoyed live music, singing and the cooler air on their patio! The good was flavorful and affordable! We will be going back to try more of their menu!
My wife and I arrived late after a delayed flight and were welcomed enthusiastically 15 minutes before closing! The staff reassured us we could order dinner and told us not to rush when eating.
Beautiful quaint yellow house by the riverfront was very inviting to me. However, when I met the owner and sampled his delicious food, he made me feel like one of the family. Service is top notch, friendly and the Cuban music brought it all together. As an appetizer, I had the Yuca Fritas -- so delicious!!! My main course: Pork Mojo with black beans and rice and it was AMAZING! I was surprised at the low cost for a fresh home-cook meal. I will be back for more. By the way, had no idea the owner, Alfredo sang and played the guitar....very friendly and relaxing -- had so much fun.
