I love chipotle so there's some stars for it being chipotle. Nevertheless, there is a major issue, of being rude, rushy, but with facts of being rude and slow at the same parallel. Queso was scorched, chips stale, service lousy. I noticed an employee just standing doing nothing, very disappointing for sure.
It was 9:53pm, and I had just gotten to my car after a 15hr day at work. I hadn't eaten, and had been craving Chipotle all day, but I knew it closed at 10:00 and I was 5 minutes away. Instead of risking being "that guy", I called ahead and asked if there was still food left & if they wouldn't mind keeping the door open for a few extra minutes. A polite woman (her name escapes me, started with a K?) without hesitation said it'd be no problem and they looked forward to seeing me. It was incredible. In. Credible. Despite feeling like a jerk for pulling up to the empty parking lot at 9:59, the staff were super friendly, super understanding, and were glad to do a good deed and pay it forward. It was the most dense burrito bowl that Newtonian physics would allow, and I'm now gleefully laying in agony after crushing the whole thing. Long-time Googler, first-time reviewer, and I give this experience 10^10 stars. Thank you awesome Chipotle woman.
Food quality is always top notch (for fast food). But their employees consistently fail to fold burritos correctly. Eating a burrito should be a pleasurable experience, not a lesson on disaster mitigation!
Great food, they had a rough patch there for a bit but are definitely back.. everything is fresh and made right in front of you.
My husband and I stopped for lunch today. It was my first visit to a Chipotle Restaurant. I had a salad with chicken and my husband had a burrito. We both had sides of guacamole with chips. The food was very good. I especially liked the guacamole; it was very fresh with just the right seasonings. The staff was attentive and friendly. And best of all, our lunch was free as it was our first visit.
