I have a lot of great experiences at this Chic-fil-A. Everyone is usually polite and smiling. Majority of the time, their customer service is on point. Food is always great. However, I have to take a star off because there have been times when they pull my car from the line and when they come out to give me my food, the bag will be missing sauces I ask for. They don't wait till you check the bag, so I have to get out my car to go in the store. Which defeats the purpose of using the drive thru if I have to get out my car. So when i say hold on one moment, some will seem annoyed so now if they pull my car, I will ask for my sauces upfront. Other than that, they are great :)
I am boycotting this place. They are so stingy on the fries. Never are my fries filled. One of my daughters and I are vegetarian and we're picky eaters. We LOVE their fries and we are always on the go between soccer and cheer. We eat here at least twice a week, rarely ever spending less than $30 between myself and my 3 daughters unless of course one of my kids is at a sport. I have contacted them privately twice in hopes that they might retrain their staff on how to fill a fry container. They offered me a free large fry which I never got because I'm not trying to get free food. I just want a full container of fries when I buy them. Here I am today with the same problem, so now I'm making my review public. Maybe they will realize that jipping customers over and over is a crappy move. Especially a frequent customer. They may not be uploaded in order but you get the point. I don't like to throw businesses under the bus, but this place makes loads of money, the least they can do us give us a full fry. And this wasn't 1, or 2, or 3 times. This was numerous, hense why I'm here.
Food is good but service leaves a bit to be desired sometimes. To be fair, the place is usually wicked busy during lunch. That being said, it doesn't excuse the lack luster service during "off peak" times or making customers with five meals have to walk in to pick up their food because they were forgotten about in the drive thru waiting area.
Good service. An employee goes around to every table offering to refill drinks. Very family friendly. There is a jungle gym for kids.
I've been coming to Chick-fil-a for years and love it. I always get the chicken strips, tortilla soup or salad. I really like the avocado lime ranch dressing. Also, the salad and soup containers are microwavable so they make great containers for lunches or if you have dinner guest it's a good way for them to take leftovers home. The staff is always polite and do a great job. The menu has a good variety and the prices are good also. The dining/bathrooms are always in good and picked up condition. The kids sure enjoy the nice play area too. Thank you for closing on Sundays!!
