This is one of the worst if not the worst place to live. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, close to school and neighborhood Walmart. But MANAGEMENT needs help! They are scam artists. Good luck trying to talk to anyone above them (front office manager). They are not trustworthy and quite frankly rude. You are told once you move in THAT WATER IS PART OF RENT and when you get the bill you see it has someone else's name and information on it (so you figure the bill is paid by the people that own the building). You decide to move out and then receive an outstanding bill from them stating you owe for water. They take your deposit without warning. They don't even have a website..what you see online is a link to University Village in COLUMBUS!
Great apartment with a good location. It's close to Walmart so you can do a shopping at any time with a really short distance. Also close to a soccer field, I loved jogging there, it was soooo good to do exercise in the evening. Safe and comfort. Most people living here are FIT students. Not too expensive, good price.
My son and his roommate have been tenants here for more than 3 years. They are both college students who traveled home over the Holidays. One forgot to send his check while away but brought it in immediately upon returning to school and the other sent it, but it did not arrive. They don't know where it is. They are being charged $100 late fee. They have never been late in the more than 3 years they have lived there. They are good tenants who cause no trouble. I would have thought they would be a little more understanding with them. Very disappointed.
Unfortunately this is a place where the management makes a nice place to live into a mess. The managers constantly keep changing and even the ones they change have a horrible and rude attitude towards the residents. The complex is close to Florida tech which is why there are mostly students living here and management tried to bully the students by charging high rent and irrelevant fees.
Small gym and pool.

I lost my expensive bicycle, eventhough I did locked it with the rack. Nobody could help me with this. ☹️
