Never received the tracking number by email as Jane advised I would received. I paid $48.00 for what she wrote on the receipt as FedEx 2nd day BUT my package wasn't delivered until 4 business days later. I was told by Jane on Wed. 9/7/16 that the package would be delivered on Fri. 9/9/16 but it didn't get delivered until Tues 9/13/16. I now have a very angry employer that I have to deal with. I will never go back to this location for any of my shipping needs.
I tried to send 2 packages and they added the addresses together in c/o of others. I didn't put this info on any of my paperwork.
She is very helpful and understands what is required.
