Again your response is why I have already swayed 2 of my friends not to have their kids birthdays party's here and will continue to do so. Thank you for not be understanding and not making it clear upon booking that the $50.00 was not refundable. Plus when I called there didn't seem to be a problem with open spots for booking, so I highly doubt you had to turn away people trying to book a party. Nice Try!
Fun Town is wonderful. Every time I've there all of the staff is so helpful and friendly. The food is great and the cafe manager is so nice for checking on us to see how our food was. Laser tag was a blast a d my nephew has been raving about it. The skates are nice and the prices are great! Especially since they don't have any time limits or age restrictions on any of their activities. Highly recommended.
It's truly a place for all ages. My family and I go at least once a week. It continues to be our go to for family time.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the arcade games are inexpensive and convenient seeing as all my tickets go right onto a card instead of having to carry around tokens or paper tickets everywhere, and they even have adult beverages and massage chairs!
I love this place. The bounce house and playground are in excellent condition and are perfect for my son. He's two years old and he absolutely loves it.
I honesty don't know how this place has any good reviews. Came in my daughters birthday which was family only so I obviously wasn't going to pay for a birthday party thru fun town. So I brought a little cake in to celebrate and was told I was not allowed to bring it in unless I had a reserved birthday party. Like really? So I got wrapped into reserving a party just so I could bring a freaking cake in, which barely covered anything. This whole place was a scam. Customer service was terrible; there were 3 employees in the whole place and everyone waited forever to get service. The cake I brought in, was in the back refrigerator and when I asked to retrieve it, the cake was smooshed on top, as if they shoved something on top it, with no cares at all. When I said something they looked at me like i was crazy, instead of apologizing. Icing on the cake was the guy trying to charge me for a pitcher of water. When I went to the manager she said that pitchers of water are free for parties. Like did I not fork out enough money people!? Horrible experience. The only good thing was my daughter had fun. But she also would have had fun playing outside in the dirt. Will not be back.
I personally don't appreciate the way they do business because they don't disclose all the information up front. My son enjoyed going here but we will NEVER go back nor will I ever have anything positive to say about this place when asked.
Great place for kids. They have a cool card system instead of all those tickets. They also serve beer to help calm our nerves!
My 5 year old loves this place so we decided to book his 6th birthday party here on August 12. I travel for a living so I called to reserve the time and spot (since it's easier for me), instead of I guess going online and reserving. When speaking to the person to reserve the time she charged me a $50.00 holding place that will go towards the end cost (which is not out of the ordinary in my eyes). Fast forward to today July 25 (three weeks before the actual party), after going over the list again with my soon to be 6 year old we determined that he wanted to invite to many kids and it would be more cost effective to do the party elsewhere. When I called today to cancel they of course tried to see what they could do but we both realized it was just going to be to expensive, which then brought the conversation to the matter of the $50.00 that they charged for the holding fee. Well come to find out according to the girl that works at the front and the Assistant Manager that is a non-refundable fee. The issue I have with this is 1) when I made the reservation this was NEVER disclosed to me and 2) I'm cancelling 3 weeks before the actual party how is that not advance enough notice to refund that money?
