The security guard is a ass hole, be warned.
this is the worst apartment i have ever been to. I lived there for 6 months, and had to break my lease, because of all the drug use and prostitution.

Its a good place to live but sometimes you have loud neighbors. Some neighbors are good.
Current resident and so far the staff has been amazingly helpful and all around reliable. Rent costs are low, only complaint is unattended (parents are there, they just don't care) children like to sit on your car hood and try to open the doors. Recent improvements to the complex have brought the appearance up quite a bit.
It's quite and the rent is so affordable.
Not bad, i love it hear. There is a lot worse places than this. Yes this may be a bad area, but the appartment we live in is fine.
