If I could give 10 stars I would. I had Scott as my sales representative. He is not only courteous, friendly, knowledgeable but enjoys his job. Scott is an asset to Rooms to Go. I bought a beautiful set from Rooms to Go and realized when the sofa arrived it didn't fit my room. I immediately canceled the loveseat as I knew that wasn't going to fit either. I spoke to Scott about my dilemma and he advised me what to do. To my delight, the manager Grace, whom is a just as delightful, contacted me. To make a long story short, I will be having a whole different set delivered the beginning of December and the previous one picked up. Also I will be ordering more furniture from them in the future. Rooms to Go has the best Customer Service and really want their customers to be happy. Kudos to Rooms to Go.
A salesman approached me and gave me a card. I took it and said "I'm just looking". Looked all over the store & when I know what I want I talk to them. I found this ottoman on sale. I am happy with it's color and sturdy but light construction.
Had to recently move and went to rooms to go for new furniture. Marty our sales.guy was great. We shopped online prior to going in and he walked us around the store to show us the items we wanted and checked to ensure everything was in stock and could be delivered on time. Definitely be back.

Not a bad experience. Service in teens room was real nice. Got a 6 pc set with what seems to be good quality. Liked the star wars sets but didn't get one. Just didn't care for the way delivery is scheduled because it's only like 3 or 4 days they deliver and I'm not home much
