Absolutely horrible to do business with. He completely messed up from friends order and did nothing to resolve the issue. "Custom" sofa came with poor quality and wrong fabric. It's one thing if the error was on her behalf. But it was done inappropriately and he did nothing to resolve the issue. He is rude, arrogant and thief-like.

Absolutely the WORST company to do business with! I custom ordered a sofa with very specific materials and design and got something totally different. When it was delivered I immediately addressed it with the man who delivered it, he then told me Joe Antonelli who is the owner would make it right. 2 months later I am still in a battle with Joe Antonelli with making it right. He will not return any of my calls or e-mails. So I still have the sofa, which is not be used and is covered. All I want is the sofa that I ordered and the quality that I paid for. So I advise you to go somewhere else for your furniture!
