We recently purchased a home in Viera and I came down for a few days to start furnishing the house. I was discouraged with the lack of help at most of the furniture stores that I went in to and also the extended time that it would take to get furniture. I went into this Badcock store and was so pleased with my experience. Laurel spent time with me to look at the different options and prices and I was also thrilled to hear that they could deliver the furniture within a day or two. They went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get a delivery while I was in town and then set things up so that I could get other furniture that I wanted delivered on my next visit. Very nice management and staff, a pleasure to work with!
I cannot speak highly enough of your store and your employees! My parents bought my family a new couch from your store. The staff were all very polite, helpful and kind. Your delivery drivers were amazing and were in and out in no time. The couch is amazing! It is the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever owned.
