Also, my mother went and nothing got accomplished. She was very upset because he couldn't help her either.

I went to see Dr. Malis twice for my sinuses, its hard for me to breathe. He also does adult balloon sinuplasty. He was a waste of my time and money. Before I knew it I was sent for an xray for gerds to put a ring around my esophagus. Trusting Dr. Malis, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Tieu who he referenced. I spoke to Dr. Tieu and intern for less than 5 minutes. At the desk, they took my co-pay. When it was time for the surgery, the office women called and said we don't take your insurance. I wasn't it network. I said now what do I do? I already went to the Dr. Tieu's. I called Dr. Malis's office twice and spoke to the girls. NO RESPONSE! It cost me $400.00 that I could barely pay back.
These people don't care about you. I took my mom for an appointment and we couldn't find the building at first because it looks like a bank so we call them and we make it up there less then 10 mins after her appointment time and they refused to see her. She has a deformity in her ears and their literally closing to the point she can't hear in her left ear . But they decided to say that Dr. Malis left for the day . I couldn't believe it. What doctor leaves less then 10 mins after someones appt. Time . So he didn't have paperwork to do are you serious. We had to drive 40 mins to get there and they treated her like nothing. Dr. Malis and staff, you guys are pitiful. Your ignorant and I hope you all lose your jobs. Screw you !
My daughter came to have a vessel in her nose cauterized. I wasn't there but heard that the staff was super-friendly. They also followed up with a phone call to see how she was doing a couple days later. Really great staff :)
Great staff. Doctor has excellent beside manner and sense of humor. Felt very secure leaving my toddler in their hands for surgery. Beautiful office and everything has improved greatly since my sons surgery. Highly recommend
