Dr. Daley is very kind and takes the time needed to answer questions and explain things. Unfortunately her office staff is very dysfunctional. We repeatedly get voicemails from them for some other patient. Then when we return the call, they claim to not have called us and left voicemail. Then we also clearly asked them to print out two lab results for us to pick up, but when we arrived, they only gave us one. So we had to go back again to get the other. This was needed because their online portal won't let us view the .tiff file results (always download as empty files) even after we've reported that problem multiple times over two weeks. Calling to get answers from the MA, billing, or office manager on the phone is extremely difficult. Calls are rarely answered and return calls can take 2-4 days, if they call back at all.
Terrible! Stay away! Awful bedside manner, doesn't run the necessary tests and pushes for unneeded ones. I am near 8 months pregnant and she hasn't done a glucose test and cancelled my ultrasound. I still don't know what I am having! I keep trying to reschedule it and keep getting told I need a normal appointment first. I have the normal appointment and still no ultrasound. I have a high risk pregnancy and she is treating it like a normal one. I am in and out of the ER every few weeks. Yeah normal. She hasn't even heard my baby's heart beat! She just stands on the other side of the room and lectures about how I need blood work done that the ER already ran, usually a few days before. Terrible prenatal care. Every medical professional or pregnancy services personnel I mention her name to makes a face and says how horrible she is. I am switching OBs ASAP. I don't trust her to deliver my baby.
She is rude. Horrible bed side manners. She screwed with my health over 15 years ago. I will always be living in pain my whole life because of her. Stay away.
Beware. I wish I had done better research before choosing Dr Daley. Let's see... shotty prenatal care that left me with terrible postpartum complications, botched blood testing and giving me wrong test results that another Dr had to fix and correct for her, and then finally she decided to LEAVE THE HOSPITAL while I was in labor causing me to have to get an emergency cesarean. I would have sued her but the idea of ever having to see her face again was infuriating. She came very close to killing both me and my son.
Great experience from office staff to the doctor. There was absolutely no wait time. Both the front staff and medical staff were all very friendly and professional. The Dr. took her time with me and was very educational. Highly recommend Dr. Odette Daley!
