My friend who is 100 yrs old and fully competent has seen this doctor 3 times. She says he spends do little time with her that she would not know him if she ran into him. Also the doctor never speaks to her. She just had a 3rd treatment for the same condition.
excellent experience. You will always see Dr. Chandra. His staff is friendly and you get a response to a biopsy on the same day not 2 weeks later. No nonsense with a PA saying "Use this expensive cream for several weeks and come back to see if your cancer is responding. Then having to wait several more weeks before you can see the Dr. if it is not.
Lots of complaints of long waits and rude staff.We had a long wait for the first appointment but after that no problems. As for the rude staff I don't know where they are getting that from we found the staff very friendly. As for doctor Chandra he is usually all business but is a excellent doc. We will continue here for sure.
I have been going to Dr. Chanda off and on for at least two decades. yes there are a lot of people in that waiting room and sometimes you are waiting for a while but it must be because he's doing something right or why else would there be so many people. my experiences from the beginning to the end have always been very pleasant with his staff. they have always been friendly to me and treated me well. as far as Dr. Chanda himself I feel like he really knows his stuff and I have felt very comfortable with him and trust him and that is why I have scheduled a visit with him for later on this week. I don't always require a dermatologist regularly but when I do he is my go to man.
i don't know what is up with these negative reviewers! i've been going to dr. chanda for nearly a decade. i have never found his staff to be rude. dr. chanda is an excellent care provider, experienced, knowledgable, and it seems to me, a gentle and caring person.
