My husbands cell phone speaker died. So I went to Wal-Mart at 100 Wickham Rd Melbourne FL and was lucky to have Travis help me. Not only did he find the right phone for me he swapped SIM cards so I would not have to re sign up with my phone carrier. He also ran through the set up for me and tested the phone. Great service great employee.
I just started using their pickup service. I do not particularly care for walking around the store except during the times when there are not so many people in the store. They are very lacking in their supplies on the shelves they are usually out of a lot of different things in most departments I'm sure now at Christmas time they really want to bonus up on things because the store has been doing quite poorly I only go to that store if I absolutely have to. The clothing and multiple types of household items have been made so much cheaper and they have raised their prices significantly more, it's really surprising that they get away with it . Many things that people who've I've talked with cannot find items that we've always purchased there, they no longer carry them they've discontinued many items that we as consumers like. They've chosen the costlier brand that you pay more for and get less us . I return so many different things because of the poor outcome of the item.
It's a Walmart, but a pretty decent one actually. Shoppers are nuts of course and don't pay attention where they're going. I love that there's a liquor store here. Probably the best feature. Shout out to the cashier who told us the robot mixed nuts joke. My BF and her exchanged jokes. That's the kind of human interaction we like and is why I'm giving 4 stars.
The store was unusually busy for a Wednesday afternoon, but I guess it was people doing Thanksgiving grocery shopping. However, the shelves were well stocked and in the grocery section every aisle had at least one stocker. Also there lots of cashiers and short check out lines! Happy shopping!!!!
Normally Walmart is great but today not so much. 2 complaints. Many dogs allowed in the store. Not service animals. Just plain dogs. Unacceptable. The manager said Florida law states that documentation does not have to be produced. I disagree. Also the self checkout only allows 7 items to be scanned and then an associate has to put in their code in order for you to continue. Also unacceptable. Target is starting to look better every day. Please address this. Thank you.
