The worker there are very helpful and friendly.
I went to the JCP here in Melbourne. I have to say this department store is very small. I have been to a lot of JCP stores around the country and this one is the worst. There is so much stuff you can't even walk in the aisles. With that said, the other reason I'm not a fan of this store anymore is I went to pick up my order I bought on line. Once I got up to the register to pick up my merchandise I was ask to do a survey on my experience with the sales lady. I really didn't want to do one but I was forced to answer questions about the sales clerk. Don't get me wrong, The sales clerk was very nice and sweet but I just didn't feel like doing a survey that day. I had this department manager come up to me and told me to use my phone to answer some questions. At that moment I felt like walking away but I didn't, I was nice. While answering the questions the manager was right on me telling me what number to pick between 1 to 10,. Meaning 10 the highest for the sale clerk. Today I went back to return something and again the manager was forcing the customer to do the survey and again telling them to put 10 the highest. I don't have a problem with doing a survey. But why do you have to have some manager telling you what to say and do? I have been with JCP since 1978 and I have closed my account with them. Their merchandise is not up to standard anymore. I do understand that times have changed but all their clothes looks horrible ! Its so sad because JCP was one of the best stores years ago. It has fallen quite a bit. Plus, all their items are way overpriced.
Purchased a ring for my 48th anniversary for my wife. 70% off black Friday sale. Walked right in picked it up less than 10 minutes on black friday. Highly recommend it for shopping
Great selections. Prices are good with coupons and sale prices. I've always liked shopping at JCPenney's. As with every where, just check out your merchandise before buying.

Could not find a cashier so I went to order pickup. The young gentleman was very helpful and friendly. My purchase was a bit heavy so he lifted it up and put it on my rollator so I could get it to my vehicle.
