I had the worse experience in Macy's at Melbourne Square with a manager from women's clothing named Lori. Tried to return a blouse that I bought three days ago and she accused me of wearing it and accused me of lying in front of other customers when I told her I only tried it on. She has no business being a manger. I just closed my account after being a loyal customer of Burdines and Macy's for over 30 years. I will not step foot in that store even when they're giving there stuff away when they go bankrupt.
I will never go back to this store.
