I received a postcard saying I was due to bring my dog in for shots but he was not due. I took off work to bring him in and waited hours. When the vet came in he said...woops you are not due for these shots. I almost jumped over the table and choked him. Every Banfield I have ever been to: Clearwater, Trinity and now Melbourne have all been incompetent. They make you drop your dog off for a simple shot!? Why? I am not leaving my baby with anyone for 6 hours for a shot! He does not get vaccine reactions at other offices...only Banfield. Most of the million vets that come in and out of Banfield do not speak English. I could go on forever. I hate Banfield and will never go back for anything ever!
