The first time I went at 11 at night. My Dane had Bloat. They wanted over 8,000 dollars. I had had surgery for bloat before. It cost me 2000 dollars. While my Dane was dieing she asked me, how much do you have. I know it is a business and they need money to run it but the prices there are insane. This weekend I took my Australian Shepherd there. It was once again at night around 10. I knew beforehand they were going to be expensive. My dog had gotten sick a few times on the floor. I find it hard to believe that she sprayed and cleaned the floor before she even looked at my soon to be dead dog. One x-ray cost over 400 dollars. Not to my surprise she said she needed another x-ray. Then she said we might consider an ultra sound. I am a 63 year old man. I have been rescuing dogs my entire life. I knew that after seeing the 1st x-ray my dog would not survive. She stated he had a large mass. For her to suggest another test to me was just a money grab. If you are wealthy it is the place to go.
Thanksgiving day and I had to put my 17+ year old cat Owen to sleep. Heartbroken, I'm a weepy mess but everybody from the receptionist to the vet tech to the doctor were amazingly compassionate and kind. It was all done quickly and gently. Even when it was over and the vet tech took Owen away, she cradled him like the beloved kitty he was. What a great place! I will definitely drive the extra miles to get there if ever I need an ER vet again.
came here at midnight, they helped us with our cat. they worked with us in a very polite and friendly way. Justin was very friendly and understanding and they sent us home with the help we needed. Rocky says hi btw.
When my dog became ill, our vet sent us to this critical care animal hospital. After my dog's inpatient stay and multiple return check-ups, I have developed great confidence in the staff. Dr. Jackson, in particular, has been wonderful to work with. She and the staff saved my dog's life and continue to provide excellent long-term treatment for her condition. Treatment at this facility is expensive, but worth it. All three vets I've seen have been knowledgeable and experienced. The staff has specialized training and the facility has advanced equipment that was needed for my dog.
