Not really owned by Sprint. The store can't do anything other than sell you phones. Don't expect any customer service or repair. You will be referred to calling Sprint. Employees are annoyed that they work there. The employee helping us disparaged Samsung products and her boss. Left deciding to wait out the contract or go to another service provider to get the contract bought out. Don't bother coming here.
Horrible and very surprised that a place like this can even stay open. Employees very discourteous and inconvenienced when they have to acknowledge a customer in the store. They are not Owned by Sprint Corporate but are a third party store. Kinda like buying shoes at the 7-11 store! Go to New Haven store and get er done. If I could rate a zero instead of a 1 I would but zero is not an option. The folks at the New Haven Store even said that they hear bad stories almost daily about this particular store. They gave me very false information when I asked for information on my lease plan and overquoted my buyback price by over double what it really should be. They were willing to rip me off but weren't willing to expend the energy to do so. While the Girl with the earing through her lip was "helping" me, she got on the phone with someone else and totally disregarded I was even there. I then asked the other girl who was standing there doing absolutely nothing to please help and she basically laughed. The guy in the store was useless and fit right in too to hand me the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. They will not last.
I was there a month ago in regards of international data. In addition to not helping me on getting a service I was looking to add I was offered to buy two iPhones 7 for the price of one. That boyish looking girl (missing a name tag) was absolutely useless in providing service, just kept trying to sell me those iPhones. Very cold and unattractive approach to you customer. In the end, I just went to the New Heaven branch and got my problem solved. Without buying 2 iPhones 7. Clearly, someone is lacking a basic training in customer service.
