This is the type of store you go into when you know exactly what it is you're looking for. They will match the pricing from Amazon, only if the product is sold by Amazon, not third-party. Shop around and write down the prices of where you found stuff this way you can compare the pricing. I really haven't found great deals unless I did not want to wait two days for Amazon to ship.
Walked by 17 associates, 9 of which weren't with customers and not a single recognition or hello. Even the person at the door didn't even notice I walked right by her. I was trying to ask where an item was I wanted to purchase but with no one even responding to an "excuse me?", I couldn't find it so I left. Poor customer service. I never have a good experience here, this was just my most recent one.
The general employees are usually quite helpful, and reasonably well informed.
Wouldn’t give a star!! Horrible experience! Took my money, sold my very expensive TV to someone else after being told by multiple people within customer service they would not while I went to get larger vehicle as the item was FULLY paid for. Within the hour was called and told they sold my TV to another customer despite my having a paid for receipt in hand and no more in store, even so much as lying to me saying I wasn’t the original purchaser. Barely given any option, condescending manager, wouldn’t allow me to speak with another regarding the issue. Still no TV, still no refund thousands later! Buy online or go to another store to avoid a headache! Now I’ll be dealing with this issue for an “unknown” amount of time awaiting another... if they actually stick to their word. Disgraceful way to handle their customers and clients. Poor business relations. Will never buy from Best Buy again.
Returns, or in store pickup is usually fairly quick, and doesn't hassle you more than any other place.
Still, when visiting ANY retail store, and particularly at a Best Buy, make sure you shop around, and triple check the stats on any product in store, to make sure it matches. Sometimes Best Buy has sub par products, and the people working there, are not informed they are not selling the latest version, or a Best Buy version.
