W Melbourne Franchise Store Owner Corey Smith. This staff is rude and Not Professional at all, I signed 2 leases for 3 items, paid $240 up front for the month, in store, and scheduled a delivery... JP at Buddy's in W Melbourne called a day before to notify me they needed my lease and VOE, after signing 2 leases? Had NO PROBLEM showing the requested info, it's the fact that I was able to sign my name on a lease without them having, from me, the required docs!! They proceeded to tell I could get a refund, I said ok I'll be there in 30 mins, JP then said that amount would not be available in 30 mins to come in about 3pm. So, I called a corporate store in Cocoa expressed my concern to the manager... he called the store in W Melbourne and said yes they would need that info and once again my concern is NOT about providing verification it's the principle that I was able to sign 2 leases without it!!! Now, I called W Melbourne, JP stated they don't want to do business with that the refund is now available... well, whoever Corey Smith is The W Melbourne Franchise Store, poorly trained and unsupervised employees professionalism, and business conduct is aweful, I never do business with any Buddy's Furniture and I will let anyone inquiring know this experience and of my opinion, this store is Terrible. Thanks
