My 1993 Honda, 24 years old, looks like new again, thanks to the folks at Melbourne Maaco. They. fixed. everything. In the past, I had heard disparaging things about Maaco. Well, they certainly weren’t talking about the one in Melbourne. It all started at the customer service desk with the manager, Chris; he explained everything involved, what it would cost and how long it would take. And that is exactly what happened. My total cost was not a penny more than quoted (actually a little less.) On time, slightly under budget and next to perfect results. As professional as they come, honest and on time, really, what else can you ask for? If you need paint or body work, go see Chris. You won’t be disappointed.
Brought in my older Toyota that needed repairs to the rear quarter panel and new paint, was hit by a large truck. did a fantastic job and now my 30 year old car looks like it just came off the line. good painters and metal workers here. excellent value for money. 9/10 would get hit and fixed again.
I thought Mr. Wonderful was the millionaire on Shark Tank. Twice in the last 6 months I had the occasion to turn to Maaco for help. Mr. Wonderful is named Chris and he manages the West Melbourne location.
A second incident brought me back to the shop. Once again, Chris saved the day. No one likes needing auto repairs but if I need repairs again. I know where I will go and where I suggest my friends go. Thanks Chris.
When my teen was rear ended at a stoplight by a texting teen, the suggestion was to total the car and buy a new one since both the car and I are old! Chris to the rescue.
I own an '03 extended cab Ford F-150. The two back doors would not open. I called Ford to get an estimate. They quoted $500 for each door, 2 hrs labor and they would replace cables and locking system. Maaco gave an estimate of $300 for both doors, worse case scenario. When I went in to pick up the vehicle at Maaco, the Manager Chris said, "I can't even charge you for what we did, it was so simple." What??? I guarantee Ford would have stuck with their estimate. Chris, thank you from the bottom of my heart for having integrity! You have restored my faith in humanity. To anyone reading this looking for a good body shop you can trust...you just found it.
If you need a cheap paint job this is the place to go but I understand you get what you pay for... Disappointed
