A big thank you to Bruce who inspected a car i was thinking of buying. He picked up the car and took it back to his shop for a closer look in addition to a test drive. I ended up passing on the car based on his valuable feedback. I live out of state and needless to say, having a set of trained eyes checkout the vehicle for me was priceless. He provided a detailed list of items that would need to be fixed and a quote. very meticulous.

Went to tire plus omg. They came up with 800 dollars of nonsense, I said all I wanted for the belt to be changed and inspected. I left after he tells me it's 800 dollars of stuff and that didn't even include the serpentine belt huh.

I checked yelp found this shop with good reviews called and liked the owner decided to give him a try. They gentlemen was great even gave me a ride home. I love this place my new shop.
First I went to Gatos, they tell me my engine belt looked great, belt I needed a splash guard. I asked what about the noise something wrong, they wouldn't do anything until I replaced they splash guard.

Went to this place the owner looks at the belt in 2 minutes tells me the belt is in horrible shape and harmonic balancer needs to be replaced. Balancer was about to fall off. All he did is shine a flash light on it and saw it right away.
His price was very reasonable. I am very grateful
