This place is a joke all together. They give you incorrect information. Everytime I need my car serviced, they can't do it because there are more people ahead of me. The manager told me he'd cover my rental and that there were no other cost and even told me to come in on lunch and he'd be there which was a lie. I not only still have damages on my car but I also still have not had my car serviced which is way over due. The manager Roger never returns your calls. I've left several messages and no return call. The receptionist has a horrible attitude and I even watched her try to talk about me to the manager discreetly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please go to Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach. They're amazing and I will just go there. If not I'll just go back to Chevy. At least they take care of their customers. A letter is also going to the corporation. Worse place and I wouldn't even bother buying a car from here. Probably even worse.
My brother bought a 2007 dodge 3500 with only 55,000 millage it seen impossible a truck that year. But they Guaranty their trucks go trough a 200 point inspection before they can be sold. and they assured him the truck was in great condition. MR Gary Harrell was such a nice guy before making the sale but now he wont even answer his calls. The truck broke down 20 days out the dealer not even pulling anything with it, just driving and the transmission is gone. they didn't even offer to help they simple didn't care. they told him you bought it AS IS is your problem now. 20DAYS OUT THE DEALER.

As a caveat, I still have had nothing but poor experiences with the service department here and would never ever recommend their service team for anything, even oil changes.
I have had a 1 star review here for nearly 2 years because of the service department at the dealership. However, I had such a great sales experience this past weekend with Gary Harrell that I felt compelled to edit my review and give a 5 star review based solely on the sales team.
I have purchased around 5 vehicles from Gator Dodge now and I have always had a really good experience with the sales side, but this time was simply awesome. Gary is the most laid back no nonsense sales guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very casual and we engaged in some great conversation throughout the whole process. I felt like he was on my team during the negotiations and it felt like I had a trusted friend helping me buy a car more than a sales person working for the dealer. I did do my research prior to showing up and knew exactly what numbers I needed to achieve on sales price, trade valuation, interest and term. This is the key to having a successful buying experience, as you already have an idea of what you want to achieve and not just in the form of a payment. When I discussed the numbers with Gary he went to the sales manager and worked on my behalf for the best deal. Much to my surprise they actually beat some of my "best case" numbers and came at me with a compelling offer right from the start. It only took 1 more back and forth to seal the deal. It took all of 20 minutes to get the deal done. The finance manager that did the paperwork with us, was equally awesome and laid back. He did not pressure me to buy any add-on warranties and engaged in great casual conversation during the paperwork signing and had my wife and I laughing and joking around with him. All in all it was a great experience and I came away with a great deal and a brand new truck that I couldn't be happier about. If you are going to head to Gator Dodge make sure you call ahead and ask for Gary Harrell, especially if you are prior military or law enforcement. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.
