I went because of the offer on their website and the commercials that have been on tv... SO DISAPPOINTED!! What is shown and stated is 2017 Kia Soul, Rio and Forte for $239 a month with up to $7000 over trade in value, $0 down. I zoomed in on the fine print under the offer because I live about two hours away and wanted to make sure I was understanding the advertisement correctly. I also clicked on the advertisement on the website that shows the three cars, and it comes up with a list of Fortes, then I see a filter and I look up the Souls, which I assume are part of the deal, since I clicked on the deal and this is what comes up! I called before I came in, to make sure I understood the deal. I drove the almost two hour drive, and when we arrive and the salesman greets us, I tell him why we are there and he shows us over to the Soul since that's the one I was most interested in and then it goes seriously downhill from there. SORRY... IT'S NOT THE ONES WE ADVERTISED ON OUR WEBSITE. THE WEBSITE MUST BE WRONG. THE DEAL IS FOR MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS ONLY? Does it state this on the website?? Nooooo... I don't want a manual... If I want the automatic, it won't be the $239 pricing deal. Then why, WHY, are the cars that are shown when you click on the advertisement shown, coming up with automatics?? It's false advertisement... and the shame of it is, with that deal, I was seriously considering getting two cars, one for me and one for my husband. SO DISAPPOINTED. When I asked, the salesman talked to his manager and came back, said it stated on the website that it was manual (I've looked again, and still can't find where it says it) and that there wasn't anything that can be done. I guess if they say its too good to be true, it's true. Thanks for nothing.
"Tiger" in the Service Department supported by the entire service and office staff including the General Manager ...... were simply OUTSTANDING addressing all of my needs above and beyond the call of duty! ABSOLUTE "5's" across the board for all of my service visits. Again, special kudos for "Tiger" who addresses his responsibilities in direct correlation to his namesake ..... "Gets it Done" with great effectiveness, energy. power and courtesy!
Great service ! Chauffer drove me home while the car was being serviced and came for me when it was finished. Discovered an alignment problem, called me about it for approval to make proper adjustment. Friendly writer who was knowledgeable about the work to be done. Like doing business with Boniface Hiers Kia.
Steven the salesperson did a great job in getting us the car we wanted and we are happy with him going out of his way to help us so we are going to give him the 5 star rating. The only problem we had was with management, so we are going to give them only 3 stars. The reason for this is that we lost money on a brand new car in which we had only brought two days earlier and wanted to trade it back in for upgraded model. We were told that they wanted to take off 11,000.00 off the car although it only had 300 miles. Thanks to Steven and Justin we only lost half of that. My only advise is to make sure you like the car before you take it off the lot, otherwise you will lose half the car worth!
Purchasing a car is always a stressful time for a buyer. However, I must say that the sales person (Butch), made this as pleasant as possible. The best part may have been working with Maria the finance manager who was very patient with me asking many questions and did an amazing job on explaining everything clearly. Thank-you!
