Today I went to try and pick up some western union money. One employee went above and beyond to help me. They did not have enough cash available to give me so this young man made a phone call to another Publix to make sure they had enough to give me and had them hold it so I wouldn't have to go on a wild goose chase to get my money. I believe his name tag said Amal. He was so nice and helpful. He surely deserves a big raise!
Aisles are so narrow it is claustrophobic. Poorly organized. Not a single ripe banana in the store. Poor produce selection. Dairy aisle is weirdly in the middle of the store. Long lines. No paper bags. I only have one more thing to say....Dear Publix, Amazon is coming for you and we are all dancing the dance of joy
Decent selection for the available floor space. Vegan milk substitutes and their availability seem to vary weekly but that's what I get for having housemates with dietary restrictions.
Great Customer Service, Wonderful Atmosphere, and have most of the stuff needed. Employees has great and positive attitude seem to have everything in the Store except a few things. Prices are somewhat reasonable.
It's OK. Small, older Publix. Quite cramped but people are very helpful. Convenient location mid-town. Lot of stockouts due to hurricane.
