Lake Washington Publix is the best! I do most of my grocery shopping at this location. Friendly management (especially Scott), friendly stockers, and cashiers. Very clean store...even the bathrooms.
Absolutely LOVE my Publix! The best people, always helpful, friendly, and courteous. Good prices, good meats and vegetables with a wide variety. The Deli and Bakery are amazing! And the Pharmacy is fantastic!!
3 registers open & 2 of them are 10 items or less. Neither of the 10 items or less registers would take anyone else....I guess they would rather do nothing while the other register is backed up. Poor customer service. Poor team work on their part. They could have moved to another register if it was that serious or sent someone to open another register
I loved the publix down the street from me in north palm beach. I have had several problems with this publix. Bad chop meat, I had to throw away. About a month ago ordered a sub, it had to be the worst sub my husband and I ever had. We oened it up because we thought they forgot to put the meat on it. We had to throw that away. I have had many subs there before and they were great. Today having a friend stop by so bought a cheesecake. Half hour later took out of refrigerate to find ice on it. The inside was frozen. This time I did call, spoke with someone in the bakery explained the frozen cheesecake, she didn't seem to care. Poor customer service.
