I am not rating this company because I have had nothing but incredibly bad service from them. I wished that my builders did not chose this company to do our roofs. We moved in our new home at the end of September 2011 and on that day it rained heavily. Water was coming in from the roof through the vents onto our carpet. Collis roofing came and told us that the roof was fine and that the rain was coming in through the soffit. During the hurricane rain was coming through the same vents again. We called Collis and they told us that they cannot do anything about it at this moment. Maybe they can get to us sometime in January 2018. By the way we have not lost one single shingle off of our roof during the hurricane. The problem has to be the roof that was never done properly from the start. Collis can prove us wrong by coming out to take a look at it.
Company has no idea what they are doing! No customer service. No call backs! Weeks of wait time if they ever do decide to call you back. Dealing with Collis is nothing but poor service, shoddy workmanship and a huge headache @
Collis re-roofed our home then a few months later Hurricane Irma removed some shingles. Collis promptly performed warranty repair and our roof is whole again. Thank you Collis ***** you are 5-Star *****
Collis Roofing was great though the whole experience ! Lot's of communication before signing the contract. They were very informative and helpful explaining the process and new code requirements. After signing the contract, they called ahead to let us know when they would be starting the job. Once the job was started, they cleaned up every day after , and kept the jobsite clean throughout the process. They started early in the morning on the day they were scheduled to shingle, because a bad rain storm was coming in later that afternoon. They worked hard all day, and made it before the storm hit! The following day their supervisor showed up to walk the job, and spent severall hours cleaning up the finger prints on the drip edge, checking to make sure all the nails were picked up, and going over and walking the entire roof to ensure everything was completed to their satisfactory. I highly recommend them, very professional outfit!! Thanks again!
I recently had a roof leak around my skylight and called Collis roofing. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they handled smaller repairs too. From start to finish they were professional and polite. From the person that answered the phone to the roofers that came out to do the estimate and repair. Chad went above and beyond my expectations and was a delight to deal with. I will be recommending Chad and Collis roofing to anyone that I come across that needs a roofing company.
