The work was accomplished without any delay and resulted in a quality attractive roof. At a later date, I requested Mr. Smith to seal my chimney that had developed a leak. He came personally and did the work that sealed the chimney for a very reasonable price and much to my satisfaction. The best contractor I have ever hired.
The estimate was good and Certified had done some of our neighbor's roofs and they turned out well. We ended up halfway through the install when hurricane Mathew came through. With no shingles and adhesive tar paper only, we were very concerned but Mike reassured us that we were better off than the older roofs nearby, and if he shingled they wouldn't have time to set and if they came off it would expose nail holes which would leak. The roof held tight just like he said.
Don't know about his work but I do know he doesn't use his blinker or wait his turn in traffic.
