Nexus Real Estate falsify legal documents. I was closing on a condo and Michael of Nexus Real Estate sent the title company 2 different statements regarding past dues just days apart. The first one was a zero due amount when an individual was purchasing the property. The 2nd was a 6,000.00 amount when a LLC was purchasing the property. Micheal DID NOT return any calls or messages regarding the 2 different statements. He even stated that after sending the information to the title company, Michael decided he should consult the board attorney for an opinion. (really)
While I owned the property for a short period of time, I was able to document multiple deceptions on the part of Michael of Nexus Real Estate. Michael is NOT forthcoming with information as required when requested the associations attorneys name and number along with the board members names. Up coming board meeting notices have the days of the month that do not exist.
