I called Sun Plumbing on Monday, and despite a heavy workload in a holiday week, Diane took charge of my problem, coordinated with my family set up a schedule, and put Steve on the job. He snaked out the clog and kept right on going for another hundred feet to insure I'd have no near-term repeats of the problem. He called me in Atlanta with a detailed and reassuring after-action report and valuable suggestions for avoiding encores. By Tuesday afternoon I had one more item to be thankful for on Thursday.
While we will have to address the issue a different way, I really appreciate the responsiveness of Sun Plumbing and will certainly keep their # handy.

I found myself with my 50+ year old house having water running out of walls that didn't even have water pipes. Sun plumbing was recommended to me by a contractor that I trust. Clay was my serviceman, he arrived right on time, friendly, professional and very patient with my pets. He told me what and where was wrong and explained how he would access it to check...he was exactly correct.He also discovered a 2nd copper pipe with a hole in it and was able to access that and repair it at the same time. He spent a big chunk of his day cutting wall access and cutting out bad pipes. He remained very pleasant and professional the entire time. Very patient with a dog army that barked on the 50th time coming in the door as they did on the first trip. He repaired the wall accesses as best as he could after replacing my old copper pipes. The entire time I was dreading the bill every moment that ticked by. The bill was very reasonable in my opinion. Clay cleaned up the mess all this created and patted the dogs on his way out. I hope I won't need them for a long while, but I now have a plumbing company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. If I have problems I will be calling them and asking for Clay ! Awesome Experience. Thanksgiving day with a house full of people. Yep that happened. The turkey wasn't even in the oven and Steve D was there to save the day within 2 hours of my frantic call on a holiday. Fast service and very reliable as I have called these guys for my other properties. Thanks Steve for working on the Holiday and making it happen so fast..
I am very pleased with my Sun Plumbing experience. Dianne at the office took my call. She was friendly, competent, and helpful. After speaking with Dianne, I knew I had called the right people. My service call was answered by Ed. I found Ed to be very professional and highly skilled. I worked in engineering and I know good work when I see it. Ed's work was top notch and what also impressed me was he kept everything clean and neat. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will certainly call these people.
We emailed Sun Plumbing about installing a 1-way check valve in our home's sewer line. Bill Holler responded to our emailed question within an hour (3:16pm). He replied that different waste management systems have different rules and he would research the issue and get back to us. By noon the next day we had a reply that the check valve was not permitted by ordinance.
I'm an absentee owner living in Atlanta with a lovely home on Merritt Island. Family members in the house got blindsided by major sewage backups on the weekend before Thanksgiving. Lotsa luck, right?
