They're goal is to provide world-class service, and they did. Service tech was sincerely interested in a solution, was very kind and empathetic to our plumbing issue, and he was a huge help. I say help...he was the solution we needed, when we needed help fast.
The tech Henry was informative skilled at his job and nice to me and my family including the family dog. He did the work in a timely manner and with a smile THANKS. The only thing needed for improvement was with the people scheduling the services. I was told that a tech would be at my house between 12pm-4pm. I got a call about 2 saying it would be about 2-3 more hours before someone could come. I called back at around 6 pm and was told that a tech would be at my house in about 2 hours. Thankfully Henry showed up about 8ish and did the job.
We called because we couldn't shut off the water to our master tub, we resorted to shutting off the main water valve to the house. We called this company because this happened after hours. The technician that came was not able to fix the issue and put in a request for another technician to come out in the am. When I call to find out when we should expect them, I am told there's an 8 hour window. 8 hours come and go, no technician, when we call we get told there's a delay. What ever happened to common decency? I wouldn't use these guys if they were the last plumbers in this area.
Was very happy with the service they were very prompt and very knowledgeable. Solved my problem in less that 30 minutes. Would Definitely use this service again without hesitation !!
Called root-rooter on thanksgiving morning because of a back up in plumbing and they arrived in under 20 mins. The technician, Michael Chastain, was very informative, personable and quickly found the people and gave us long term solutions. i would highly recommend then for any future plumbing needs
