The staff is wonderful and always available to assist. The store owner or manager is a wonderful gentleman whose knowledge and expertise of every breed of dog is extensive. His main concern is making sure the puppies are healthy and ready to go home, and also helping his customers choose the best breed for their circumstances. Amazing store!
I really wish I had a better experience in this store. First off the two ladies were very nice and helpful . The store Manager had no clue what was going on with the puppies and I kept getting different stories from them. He needs to be more in touch with the employees who take care of the puppies. Almost ALL the puppies were sick with kennel cough. So if you expect to purchase a puppy and take it home right away , don't get your hopes up. My daughter was crushed when we went to pick up our puppy and had to wait a month to take her home. I'm so thankful we got our puppy out of there and home. They need to get ALL the puppies health before bringing more puppies in to get sick sense kennel cough is air bound! The crates were filthy which I didn't notice right away because we were to busy looking at the puppies. Pee and poop were stuck to the bottom of the crate. They need people consistently cleaning the crates sense they make those poor puppies stay in there all day. It's so heartbreaking. If they have been in business for 20 years and they love dogs then I would hope that they would have a better environment for the puppies. It's heartbreaking. I pray they give their puppies and happier HEALTYIER environment for the puppies to live in. Never again will I purchase a puppy from that kind of environment!
I have bought 5 puppies from here. They are amazingly great. I had one issue that I resolved on my own but other than that, they were healthy for the most part and are overall a great addition to my family.
I live near this mall and this puppy store is terrible! They have no room to move and no bed or cushion to sit down on, there is always poop and pee reeking in their cages because the workers are too lazy to clean them out, and their service is TERRIBLE. We went there once and asked to sit down with a dog in one of the play pins and the lady at the desk just rolled her eyes and judged us becuase she looked at us like we were homeless or something.. I definitely don't recommend ever going to this place and ESPECIALLY don't recommend buying a dog there!
First of all, why the hell are the dogs locked up in a cage and have like no where to sit down? At least put a comfy bed for them to lie down and sit comfortably! I mean, they must be terrified! I saw a dog that was in a cage and had poop in there and it wasn't picked up. The employee that was at the counter wasn't even looking up to the dogs. Instead, he was looking at his phone! Terrible store I would say and would not recommend it.
