The employees were professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the waiter's were attentive and very helpful. The house keeping was impeccable. Overall our stay was great. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne, FL.
What a great place to stay at, I wouldn't mind calling this Hilton my second home. My family enjoys staying here which is why we keep coming back. I did however notice from the overview of other Hilton's especially overseas that this Hilton looks good but why not have it upscale like some of the ones overseas? Regardless I do like this Hilton and will keep coming back for years. Keep doing whatever it is that y'all are doing because it's working and the customer service is perfect. Service and everything is excellent...
Been coming here for some time now on the weekends for breakfast. They have a breakfast buffet that will not your socks off. Unfortunately the eggs Benedict isn't on the buffet.
But you can order poached eggs and Holandal sauce from the kitchen, toast a muffin and either put back or sausage on it to make your own!
I attended a corporate training event in one of the conference rooms on the seventh floor. The rooms were consistently clean. There was a projector and screen provided along with audio piped through an in-ceiling PA. The breakfast provided was a minimal continental consisting of pastries, bagels and beverages. Lunch was served in the dining room along with desert and exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful, kind, and on-point.
I've stayed here a few times before, they have one side of the building that has the newer rooms, and they are superb. Older rooms have less bathroom space and but better views sometimes. The staff have been really great, most are very friendly and actually helpful
