It seems that where John Moser falls short he just pays friends in high places off or calls in favors to get what he wants. Even after he has stopped representing my ex it seems he has called in a favor with his buddy Tonya Rainwater and Lynda Castaldi. Both of these ppl have refused every single request I have made and screwed up and screwed with everything only allowing motions to go through that are meant for after different Orders to take place first. For example there isn't much point in having a child support hearing if you haven't gotten a court date for a motion of enforcement/contempt first. You ask for one motion to go through... You wait for 5 months and then you FINALLY get a court date and its for child support. I didn't ask for child support court date I asked for the motion for contempt. ffs. These ppl are so corrupt. I have been getting the run around for 4 years from these horrid creatures who don't deserve to be called humans. However, if you WANT to have a court date for child support you can wait 8 months to a year for that to happen and by then you're flat broke and the child suffers. These ppl must be part of PIZZAGATE and are Satanists as well. Because I don't see them being upset about killing a baby and drinking its blood because they constantly put children in danger and couldn't care less. There is a special place in Hell for ppl who hurt children and I am sure they are gonna get to visit it someday. Either way if you want things done you gotta stay on top of it and if you trust they will do the right thing they WONT. Now this schmuck is a Judge? No wonder he didn't have a hard time getting an emergency motion made of lies in less than a week and then when I file emergency motions they don't get granted till I get a new Judge. I finally get a court date and GM Castraldi is RUDE and goes on to do Rainwaters dirty work by cancelling my court date! Beware of these corrupt politicians.
Office very difficult to communicate with. Calls not returned in a timely fashion. Staff unable to open flash drive but did not inform me for more than 3 weeks. Weeks went by before I was apprised of the status of my case. Deadlines were unnecessarily prolonged. Attorneys very argumentative with me, and emails were very wordy to defend themselves. Actual advice regarding my case was minimal. Risks, benefits and alternatives of pursuing litigation not explained to me before case accepted. I hired another attorney who seemed to understand my case immediately.
Also, on Moser, he likes to talk his lingo, and goes over the same stuff on just about every meeting, regardless of whether it's rehashing the same old stuff, and billing by the minute. While no one expects free representation, it would be nice to be given the benefit of the doubt. He exceeded his own estimate by a factor of 4, and everything is being billed.
Unprofessional. Original documents should be mailed, with a self stamped envelope so that they can be mailed back. Glad that I was not the one that hired this company.

This guy is a dirty pos. He enabled my ex into parental alienation which is child abuse. This guy has no conscience. He knew I had PTSD and other health issues and was representing myself and he just fabricated lie after lie to try and tear me down. By a stroke of luck my health issues required me to leave because there was no specialists there for my conditions so he won only by that. However, while I am smart I am not a lawyer and in every hearing I beat him. I blew his case out of the water. I had to cross examine my ex and destroyed him leaving Moser a stuttering mess unsure what to ask my ex. He tried to do things I objected to and I won all of those and when he tried to object me that failed. It seems my ex would have been better off paying me. This low life just got lucky that I had to move and have been too sick for the past 3 years to attend court. The only way this guy could win is if I couldn't show. Now because of this f...k I haven't seen or spoken to my daughter for 3 years and all I did wrong was get sick and move. They wouldn't allow me to move with her without a huge fight and I didn't have time for that. Either way take it from me. Not only is this guy lower than pond scum he is a terrible lawyer who couldn't even beat a woman who represented herself with no family law experience. Get ready though Moser cause I'm coming back and I don't care what I have to do to get the money but I will have a lawyer 100x better than you to destroy you and send my ex to prison.
Also, if you have limited resources, look at Brevard Legal Aid, since they won't take a client once the case is started. When she ran out of money, that left her with little options except borrowing from everyone to continue her defense with another attorney.
When she moved to another attorney, she got more bills from Moser, for the time to transfer the case.
Although I wound up with a fair settlement using Mr. Moser as my attorney, I highly recommended him to a friend and it appeared that he was not prepared for her case. He spent little time going over her case with her, and the witnesses, and even asked the wrong questions of his own witnesses.
I know the circumstances were not good, that Mr. Moser's wife was in the hospital, and they had lost another attorney in their group, leaving him as the only standing representation. she would have been better off leaving with the other attorney, but I assumed that my experience would be a fair predictor of her experience and I could not have been farther off the mark on that one.
Does not return calls. Takes at LEAST two weeks to return any email or call. Continues to charge you after your retainer is drained AND you fired him (twice). Threatening to report him to the bar seems to get his secretary to stop calling about the additional charges.
