The folks at Sullivan’s are the best in town. I purchased a ring for my wife for our 5th anniversary and she loved it! When the ring needed some work over a year later, Staci Sullivan, one of the owners, personally took care of everything. The ring was repaired in just a few days and back on my wife’s hand where it belongs!

I bought my beautiful platinum wedding band at Sullivan’s. I had been to about 10 different jewelry stores during my search for a band to go with my princess cut solitaire engagement ring. I couldn’t exactly describe what I wanted, but am the type of person who “knows it when they see it.” Sullivan’s is a gorgeous and classy store and we were helped by Staci, the owner herself. She showed us many rings, but one really caught my eye and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It had to be ordered in platinum and Staci followed up on the pricing with emails and phone calls without being aggressive. I ordered the ring and the week before my wedding, they refinished my engagement ring (not even purchased there) and it looked brand new! Throughout my wedding planning, Sullivan’s quickly became “my” jewelry store. I had an antique family pearl bracelet restrung beautifully, my grandmother purchased two necklaces (one for her, one for me), and I bought myself a pair of diamond stud earrings. Lovely store and service.
We were trying to replace an engagement ring that was lost. I was having a hard time finding something as special as what I had. We had been in and out of Sullivan's several times and Jason brought in diamonds specific to what what I was looking for and showed us the perfect setting. We finally made the decision on a beautiful 2ct stone. The girls in that store are fantastic, they helped me finalize my decision, no pressure, had it mounted the same day and I could not be happier! Thank you to an amazing family owned store that really cares about their customers!
