The staff at Remedy Pawn and Jewelry is amazing.I have used them for a few years now, and have always had a great experience. They are very fair with their loans to us, and the few times we have fallen behind a bit, they have always been friendly and courteous about it. They do everything they can to work with us until we can get caught up, or pay off our loans. We have even purchased a few items from them that has always been in tip top condition. I'm actually really upset with this pawn shop. I've worked for one before and I understand everywhere is different but isn't confidentiality still a thing? I say this because I spent the day calling pawn shops trying to find a specific guitar and charm my boyfriend had picked out and sent me pictures of.... low and behold it was this one! The guitar sold but they were able to put the charm on hold for me! Thank gosh I thought! My boyfriend went in to try and buy it and they told him a girl called and had it put on hold and she was asking about that and a guitar so that pretty much gave me away. But if that wasn't the icing on the cake......... I went in today to look at more stuff with said boyfriend who I convinced it wasn't me who bought it and the sales man said to him.... "are you wearing your new marlin charm" and that 1000 percent gave it away! Especially because my boyfriend and I both relayed it was his Christmas gift. On so many levels this is wrong and truly upsetting. Completly ruined his Christmas surprise so thanks a lot. Will be taking our business elsewhere for now on!
