The worst company I have ever used at a real estate closing. They did not deliver on their promise not send closing documents in advance when promised, then sent two sets ( one incomplete and one incorrect), were not knowledgeable in answering questions, and were unprofessional in their communications.
I only gave one star because that was the lowest score possible. I would not rate them with any stars!
Super friendly staff and very helpful. Great customer service, communication and follow through. Very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.
The folks here are very nice, professional, and have nice cookies and a keurig machine here too! My preferred destination when closing on property.
I attempted to get a quote for a vacant lot purchase closing. I stopped in the Alliance office and gave them all the info. They punted me to someone else in the office (Steve Spragins) who had none of the details that I previously provided when he contacted me. I repeated myself and asked Steve for a quote, but never heard from him ever again. I then Emailed Liz and asked her for a quote, but she ignored me too. Horrible customer service -- they apparently don't want to be bothered with vacant lot closings.
Professional and fast! I believe this company to be one of the very best in Brevard County.
I would NOT recommend!
