I rather drive to orlando!! BOTH reps are RUDE and have bad attitudes!!! BOTHHHH times I came for my childs appointment they BOTH gave me attitude HUFFING AND PUFFING @ me!!! Gossiping while they're supposed to be checking me in ( they literally would turn their backs to gossip while I was handing them my id and ins cards) had me standing there waiting for them to take breaks from chatting to finish checking me in. I have NEVERR walked into a Nemours Clinic and had such a problem EVERY VISIT!! they don't even greet the patients they ignore you until you walk up to one of them for thwm to play ping pong on who will help you LOL they are some miserable bitches!!!! But the rest of the staff are fine. So far once I past the bitches in the front my daughter and myself were treated with more respect.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE EVERYONE at this facility! Everyone treated my daughter and us with kindness and respect. The staff took their time to be friendly to my daughter. They did everything in their power to maker her feel comfortable. Prior to do doing any tests they explained every step to her. Then asked her if she had any questions. They respected her privacy and treated her like a young lady. Our wait time was not long at all. The facility was impeccably clean! It was so pleasant to be someplace where people were happy to be at work
I brought my son in to be evaluated for his symptoms this past weekend. The staff here were friendly and very helpful. They offered us water while we waited in the lobby and after I made them aware of my son's high fever, they gave me an ice pack for his head and had a nurse come to the lobby to take his temperature. We were there a total of about two hours and the staff were very efficient in assessing and diagnosing my son. The doctor communicated the diagnosis in detail and stayed in the room answering all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. When a prescription was written, the doctor explained in detail how it works and the possible side effects, as well as recommend I call the pharmacy before bringing the prescription to them as they may not have inventory to fill this particular medication. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking urgent medical care for their child(ren).
My experience was a great one their very patient with the child and they talk you thru what their going to do before the do it its a very pleasant atmosphere for children.
Our receptionist was great, and the nurse was great also, the female doctor was very aprupt and dismissive of my child's complaints. Since there was no real recommended treatment I'll take him to his regular pediatrician tomorrow. Basically a waste of time.
