I went to Ross this morning to return an item. The cashier was very rude to me. I ask her how are you doing and she started yelling at me. I felt a little funny and didn't say anything in response. She had a bad night I guess. She had to come in at one in the morning and had to be there the next day at nine. And she took it out on me. I don't think I will return back to that Ross store. There are other Ross stores near me. I will shop with them. Maybe this cashier should work for a funeral home less alive people she can yell at......I wanted to tell her off but I am a better person then this cashier......She needs to get another job.....
The clothes are kind of lame and lacking. But I've noticed the deterioration of good-looking clothes in other Ross stores so I don't think this is a location. I really do like their home, beauty, and food sections though and everything is more or less organized. More so than the average Ross.
Women's sizes are a little less than desirable. I was really disappointed with the lack of options of bottoms for women in such a huge store. There were a massive amount of tops bit only 3 different types of bottoms. I did get some good news and got to go down a couple sizes (in those particular brands) of jean shorts. That was exciting!
They have good value on clothes. But the shoes especially for my large size have fantastic prices.
Always get good deals there! My favorite place to shop....you gave to go!
