Upsold us some product and then couldn't deliver on time. We couldn't get the shirts on time. They reiterated multiple times that the shirts would be ready. On pick up day (one day before our conference) they say the shirts wouldn't be ready till after the show & claim to have "proof" that I agreed with it, like I'd forget when I'm going to the trade show!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. Avoid this place.
