In all fairness the Bistro maybe taken over by Hilton for their Sunday Brunch.
Sitting on the deck and watching the ocean is what this place is all about. Food is not good. We attended one of their holiday buffets and it was fair to poor. Desserts were still frozen, carving station was raw lamb and could not chew it. The regular menu offers basic fare and nothing worth ordering again. Stick to the outside bar for drinks and it's worth being there.
Food was just OK. Hoped for more, but my meals were buffet style at a conference so that might have something to do with it.

Seafood consisted of small peal your own shrimp, that wasn't worth the effort, and yesterday's mahi mahi. Whatever happened to smoked fish, did that go by the wayside with prime rib, now offering top round. The ham at the station was excellent, although the carver had probably been indicated to provide very small portion's since they needed to save the ham for next week.
I must admit though that the garlic mashed potatoes was a big hit, and memorable. Honestly, even Paris would be ashamed to charge $20 per head for this Indialantic insult.
Overall horrible experience, music so loud you could not talk to anyone, and the 15% gratuity turned into 18% voila.
Remember the day's of an incredible brunch buffet, well forget about it . Due to special occasion 16 people had brunch/Jazz experience on a Sunday a few weeks ago.
