Working in the food industry myself, I was very disappointed to experience a business that makes a customer repay for a pretzel after dropping original while walking away. I was offered a top/bag AFTER paying for my second pretzel, but they DID NOT offer a top for my first. Working in the food industry I am told we apologize and get our customers a fresh batch, maybe that's only some restaurants policy's but it made me very disappointed to see I had to pay for the second time because it was accidentally dropped.

There is usually someone out giving free samples, try one! I had a cinnamon sugar pretzel and liked it. I didn't go buy one, but I wanted to!
